They are updating the software constantly sometimes happens that features are not working as you expected.

I wish I had known that like any improving software sometimes the features don’t work as you expected.

The ease and flexibility of CandyBar has been really helpful while implementing the loyalty program into our business. The staff at CandyBar has been extremely accommodating and makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.

What does CandyBar not do well?
It would be nice if there was a type of QR code or link that the customer could use to input their own number if needed in a fast-paced environment.

What do you wish you had known about CandyBar before using?
I wish I had known that the most effective way to use CandyBar involves several devices, especially in a restaurant environment.

  • Easy to use and operate: It’s easy to use and operate and I don’t have to have a special, dedicated iPad to use. I can use the iPad register and all I have to do is pull it up after ringing out customers and add a phone number.
  • Customers love the convenience: Customers love it too, since they don’t have to download an app to receive the credits.
  • Great customer service team: The customer service has been absolutely great with answering questions or concerns at my intial decision making and has been great to work with.
  • Affordable: I went to many loyalty sites, and even looked at my current [POS] software company that offers the same type program, and the cost for all others were way too expensive for a new business or a small business owner.
