The Challenge: Building the Jamba Juice Brand

Jamba Juice were looking for a loyalty solution to build and grow their brand in the Phillippines. They wanted to upgrade from their paper punchcards to a modern, digital loyalty program.

Jamba Juice needed an app that would work across their 19 different outlets, was easy to use for staff, and could cater to their thousands of customers.

The CandyBar Campaign

Jamba Juice introduced CandyBar for a promotional campaign across all their outlets.

Customer earned a stamp for every receipt, and could exchange 21 stamps for a limited-edition 18oz Jamba Juice-designed Hydro Flask.

Since launch, the CandyBar loyalty app has tracked:

  • Strong Customer Response - In fewer than 5 months, close to 20,000 customers enrolled in Jamba Juice's loyalty program.
  • Active Participation - Tens of thousands of stamps have been issued, with more than half (54%) of customers on their way to earning rewards
  • Happy, Engaged Customers - Customers love their rewards; 91% of the rewards earned have been redeemed. One super-fan made over 80 store visits - that's an average of 4 visits a week for 5 months!
