David was looking for a way to stand out. Within Utica, New York, there are more than 10 pizzerias and other food options. Rosso Verde needed a way to retain its customers and distinguish itself from its competitors. David decided to start offering loyalty rewards to customers with CandyBar.

To stay in touch with regulars, the team made use of CandyBar’s Promo Messages features. The team ran over 50 promotional text message campaigns to customers, with offers ranging from $5 off specials to a special Football Sunday offer. Over 40,000 such offers were sent out.
The best part about CandyBar: the team is flexible. They never told me it could not be done, but instead, let me work directly with the engineers to get the messages out.
